Wax Mage Variant for The Southern Poverty Law Center

Over the last few years, we've been very fortunate to work with some truly talented artists and during that time we've been lucky enough to make some wonderful sounding and looking records. Both in large part to our pressing plant in Cleveland, Gotta Groove Records. They do wonderful work and are also some of the hardest working folks in the industry. GGR offers some very special, one of a kind custom color records branded as Wax Mage Records. We have done a few of these special records recently (Flying Stars, Orgone, Delvone Lamarr) and because GGR is not able to press enough of these custom records in order to satisfy our subscription base, we have opted to use these limited edition items as fundraisers. Through these pressings we've been able to donate thousands of dollars to noble nonprofit organizations of the artist' choice.

So, we are very proud to present Durand Jones & The Indications' Wax Mage variant for their upcoming single "Don't You Know". The records came out beautifully! There are only 40 in existence and while most of them were made available to the Colemine subscribers first, we will be auctioning off the three final copies this week at the following links:

The group has selected to donate all the proceeds of these sales to the Southern Poverty Law Center, a nonprofit organization "dedicated to fighting hate and bigotry and to seeking justice for the most vulnerable members of our society. Using litigation, education, and other forms of advocacy, the SPLC works toward the day when the ideals of equal justice and equal opportunity will be a reality." We couldn't be more proud to help generate a sizable donation for such a noble cause.
