Mae Powell - "Comes In Waves" [LIVE AT PORTAGE LOUNGE]

Back in the first week of April we flew Mae Powell and her bandmate / collaborator / good pal, Garrett Barley, out to Loveland to meet our team, get some content for the new album, and to record some tracks at Portage Lounge. The trip resulted in FOUR live performances of tracks from Making Room for the Light, along with at least one additional cover performance (which we'll save for later). "Comes In Waves" is the third of these aforementioned videos to drop (so be sure to check out "Tangerine" and "Contact High" while you're on our YouTube page). This one, like the previous two, feature Karma Chief labelmate, Andrew Gabbard (who, conveniently, lives in Dayton, OH when he's not touring with The Black Keys), but this one is extra special because it feature's Andy's killer falsetto backing Mae. It's a beautiful rendition of an already beautiful song. Check it out!
