The A-side, 'Movin' on,' is a song written by producer / engineer and long time collaborator Anthony Masino (Bruno Mars, Thee Sacred Souls, Womack Sisters). Tracked and mixed at Penrose Recorders in Riverside, CA, the song is a breakup classic. Full of soul, it's a hard reflection of life's decisions. A powerful song that gets straight to the point; both sonically sad and triumphant.
On the B is "I'm Still Learning How." Heavily inspired by many great 60s songs featuring two-part harmonies, the song expresses that love is a learning curve. Just because things don’t work out initially doesn't mean you can't grow and learn.
